It's almost summer and you have no idea how much I've been anticipating this time of the year! Coming from a tropical island, adjusting myself to New York's weather has been quite the experience. Nevertheless, I'm head over heels in love with this City. As some of you may know, I had my first show on Mother's Day at NYC's The Frying Pan! It was a beautiful day and the crowd was amazing!
For most of my performances I try to look for pieces that stand out and that also help to showcase who I am as an artist. After some heavy deliberation, I came up with this outfit for my Mother's Day gig. The dress was on sale at the Necessary Clothing store in SoHo, I had the perfect pair of booties to go with, and it really worked out because I was looking for something a little edgy, while still being able to pull a casual and feminine look.
I'm also really excited because I'm going to Spain for the next five days, I've been working on my second single, which will hopefully be released in August, and I've also been writing quite a great deal. On that note, I want to let you guys know that from now on my #WardrobeWednesday outfit inspiration posts will be out every other week, as I want to focus a little more time on writing for the Lifestyle portion of my blog and some other really cool projects that I'll be sure to let you know more about soon!
Thank you all for your amazing support and stay tuned cause I have a bunch of things lined up for you guys!
